Stye Treatment

Styes normally just leave you in peace, but to hasten your recovery, a wet and warm compress can do the trick. Applying it on the infected area would help relieve the pain. Consult a doctor once it gets serious. The doctor will prescribe an ointment or an oral antibiotic to stop the spread of infection. Other agressive measure includes making a cut into the stye so the pus may be drained out. Don't take this condition lightly for it may sometimes lead to conjunctivitis or pink eye.
